The Trailing Leaves print was inspired by the delightful resort of the greenery and architecture of the Cobblers Cove resort in Barbados. 

Suzannah worked together with the illustrator Susannah Garrod, who painted the inspiration. The artwork was painted with the illustrators coveted fine handwork and then worked into this stunning textile design by Suzannah and the Suzannah London textile team. Creating an absolutely effortless and beautiful white kaftan dress.

The kaftan itself is simple and beautifully executed. it has many charms within. A beautiful throw on appeal, over a simple swim suit for the beach or to be worn as a delightful summer dress for city exploring. The kaftan dress has side pockets, a flared sleeve and a beautiful shaped hemline. The dress is not transparent.

The Kaftan features a fine cotton embroidered scalloped trim at the neckline and a natural cord tie finished with contrast coloured ends, which were inspired by  friendship bracelet,  that you can tie to cinch in the dress and give you more shape, or leave it loose cool and effortless.

The pochette itself is made from cotton canvas, with a brass zip closure and a leather loop wrist handle. Inside the bag there is a slim credit card compartment and a white leather tab with Suzannah London branding printed in gold.

Both pieces are made from Italian 100% BCI Sustainable cotton.
